House rules

Appointments should be booked in advance to ensure availability.
Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
A health questionnaire must be completed before any treatment.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to use the spa facilities independently.
Appropriate attire is required in all spa areas; robes and slippers are provided.
Mobile phones should be switched off or kept on silent mode within the spa premises.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the spa.
Alcohol consumption before treatments is not permitted.
Valuables should be left in lockers provided or at home.
Modest attire is required in common areas.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Guests are requested to shower before using communal facilities. Any inappropriate behavior towards staff or other guests will result in immediate termination of services.
Payment is required at the time of booking or before the treatment.
Gratuities are not included in the treatment prices and are at the guest's discretion.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the spa area.
Photography is not allowed in the spa to protect guest privacy. Guests are encouraged to communicate their preferences to spa staff for a personalized experience.
The spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying symptoms of infectious illness.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other guests
