Advance reservations are highly recommended.
Guests are advised to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
A health questionnaire must be completed before treatments.
Guests must be at least 16 years old to use the spa facilities.
Appropriate swimwear is required in the pool and wet areas.
Mobile phones should be switched off or kept on silent mode within the spa premises.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the spa.
Alcohol consumption before treatments is not advised.
